Professor Luiz Moutinho (BA, MA, PhD, MAE, FCIM) is Visiting Professor of Marketing at the Faculty of Arts, Business and Applied Social Science, University of Suffolk, Ipswich, UK. In 2020 he was elected a member of the Academia Europaea, and in 2017 he received the title of Professor Honoris Causa from the University of Tourism and Management Skopje, North Macedonia. Dr. Bernd Blobel studied Mathematics, Technical Cybernetics and Electronics, Bio-Cybernetics, Physics, Medicine and Informatics at the University of Magdeburg and other universities in the former GDR. He received his PhD in Physics with a neurophysiological study. Furthermore, he performed the Habilitation (qualification as university professor) in Medicine and Informatics. Dr. Quintero’s research focuses on the intersection of technology and human neuroscience. He specifically uses EEG signal processing, neuroimaging, and machine learning models to decode complex brain dynamics. Assoc. Prof. Elif Sibel Aslan graduated from the Department of Biology at Erciyes University, Türkiye. She obtained her Master’s degree in Applied Microbiology from the University of Westminster, London, UK, and completed her PhD at London Metropolitan University, London, UK, where her doctoral research focused on iron deficiency anemia. During her PhD, she also undertook teaching responsibilities and contributed to academic activities at the same institution. She is currently a Visiting Scientist at London Metropolitan University, contributing to an ongoing research project. Since 2014, Dr. Aslan has been a faculty member at Biruni University, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics. She currently serves as Vice Dean of the Faculty. She has also held several academic leadership roles, including Chair of the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics and Head of the Molecular and Medical Genetics graduate programs at the Master’s and PhD levels. She was awarded the title of Associate Professor in Medical Biology on July 25, 2025. Dr. Olufunto Adeleye is a neuroscientist, neuroanatomist, and academic researcher with extensive expertise in experimental neuroscience, neurotoxicology, and translational neurotherapeutics. She is the Principal Investigator at Eagles' Research Laboratory and the Founder and Head of the LAUTECH Neuroscience Group in Nigeria. Dr. Adeleye earned her PhD in Neuroanatomy at the prestigious University of Ibadan, Nigeria, where her research focused on the synergistic effects of caffeine and alcohol on hippocampal structure and function. Her current research investigates the mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative and neurodevelopmental disorders induced by environmental neurotoxins and chemicals. She employs multidisciplinary approaches integrating behavioral neuroscience, stereology, histology, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, molecular biology, and bioinformatics. Ify graduated with a First-Class degree in Learning Disability Nursing and later completed a master’s degree in Adult Nursing, both from the University of Wolverhampton. She is a multi-award-winning researcher, recognised at several national and international academic conferences for her work on FGM and BI. These accolades include recognition from institutions such as the University of Cambridge, Leeds Beckett University, and the University of Wolverhampton, among others. In addition, Ify has published a number of articles focusing on women’s health, women’s rights, cultural practices, and advocacy for vulnerable and marginalised groups. With a diverse professional background, Ify has worked extensively within the NHS as a Health Facilitation Nurse and a Mental Health Practitioner with CAMHS, as well as in the private healthcare sector. Her clinical, academic, and leadership experience informs her holistic and person-centred approach to care. Ify is currently a Lecturer in Learning Disability Nursing at the faculty of Health Sciences and Wellbeing at the University of Sunderland in London. Kaylie Van Beek offers a unique, experience-driven perspective on neurodivergence and its connection to physical health. For over 35 years, she has navigated complex personal experiences often misunderstood as a lack of attention, while in reality maintaining a heightened awareness of her surroundings and internal responses. Beginning at age 18, she received multiple diagnoses but found limited clarity through conventional pathways. Through independent research and pattern recognition, she identified herself as both hypermobile and neurodivergent. This led her to explore the intersection of connective tissue disorders, autonomic dysfunction, and neurodivergence, where she recognized similar undiagnosed patterns across four generations of her family. Her journey, initially driven by the need to understand her own health and that of her son, evolved into a conceptual framework she calls “Psychosomatic Profiling.” This approach suggests that certain behaviors commonly labeled as ADHD, autism, or mental illness may reflect physical adaptations to underlying structural and autonomic conditions. While she does not hold a formal medical degree, Kaylie contributes a powerful lived perspective grounded in decades of observation, documentation, and real-life data—aimed at fostering awareness, early recognition, and meaningful dialogue in neuroscience.

Dimi Hepburn is an MSc Clinical Neuroscience candidate at the University of Roehampton, where his research bridges molecular neuroscience and theories of consciousness. His current work is a systematic review examining whether microtubules constitute a molecular target of volatile anaesthetics — a question central to quantum-influenced accounts of how anaesthesia suspends conscious awareness. He holds a BSc in Clinical Psychology from London South Bank University, where his dissertation investigated empathy and emotional contagion. His broader interests span neuro-AI, psychopharmacology, and the computational modelling of brain function, and he intends to pursue doctoral research in neuro-AI.

Louis is an MPhil in Foundations of Clinical Psychology student.
