Professor Luiz Moutinho (BA, MA, PhD, MAE, FCIM) is Visiting Professor of Marketing at the Faculty of Arts, Business and Applied Social Science, University of Suffolk, Ipswich, UK. In 2020 he was elected a member of the Academia Europaea, and in 2017 he received the title of Professor Honoris Causa from the University of Tourism and Management Skopje, North Macedonia. In 2025 he was ranked among the top 85 of the 100 best scientists in Business and Management by Research.com and listed in the top 0.05% of global scholars in Marketing and Management by ScholarGPS. From 2015 to 2017, he served as Professor of BioMarketing and Futures Research at DCU Business School, Dublin City University—the world’s first chair covering both fields. Prior to this, he held the Foundation Chair of Marketing at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow, for 20 years. He completed his PhD at the University of Sheffield in 1982 and has been a Full Professor for 36 years, with academic posts at Cardiff Business School, Cleveland State University, Northern Arizona University, and California State University. He has also held Visiting Professorships in China, Lithuania, Austria, New Zealand, Denmark, Slovenia, Portugal, Hungary, Taiwan, Brazil, Colombia, Fiji and Cyprus. Professor Moutinho directed doctoral programmes at the Confederation of Scottish Business Schools, Cardiff Business School, and the University of Glasgow. He is the Founding Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Modelling in Management and Co-editor-in-Chief of Innovative Marketing, serving on the editorial boards of 47 journals. His research spans marketing futurecast, AI, biometrics, neuroscience, evolutionary algorithms, consumer behaviour modelling, and tourism futurecast. He has delivered keynote addresses in 64 countries and has published 41 books and over 163 refereed journal articles.

Dr. Horng-Dar Wang is currently a Professor and Chairman in the Department of Life Science and the Institute of Biotechnology and an adjunct Professor in both the Institute of Systems Neuroscience and Department of Life Science at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan. Dr. Wang previously served as a Director at the Institute of Biotechnology from 2015 to 2021. Dr. Wang received his Ph.D. degree from Department of Molecular Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Southern California and did his post-doctoral scholar training with Professor Seymour Benzer in the Biology Division at California Institute of Technology.His research interest focuses on the identification of novel genes to extend lifespan and promote healthspan in Drosophila and C. elegans, and applies the anti-aging gene effect on neurodegeneration and cancer research. Several longevity related genes have been identified not only able to extend lifespan but also prevent neurodegeneration and cancer proliferation.

Prof. Mohammad Kamil, MSc, MPhil, PhD, DSc, CChem, FRSC is an internationally recognized scientist, academician, and thought leader in natural products chemistry, medicinal plants, and Traditional, Complementary and Alternative Medicine (TCAM), with over five decades of research experience. He currently serves as Director-General of the Lotus Holistic Health Institute, Abu Dhabi, and formerly held the position of Head of TCAM Research at the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi, where he played a pivotal role in advancing evidence-based traditional medicine research in the UAE. Prof. Kamil has held prestigious academic and research positions, including Professor and Head of Medicinal Chemistry at Hamdard University, New Delhi, and senior leadership roles at the Zayed Complex for Herbal Research and Traditional Medicine under both MOHAP and DOH, UAE. His scholarly contributions include over 650 scientific publications and presentations, supervision of numerous PhD and MPhil scholars, and the standardization of hundreds of herbal and phytopharmaceutical formulations. A Chartered Chemist (Cambridge, UK) and Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, Prof. Kamil has received multiple international honors, including the Sheikh Zayed International Award for Traditional Herbal Medicine Research and recognition as a WHO Expert and Focal Point for TCAM. His research has been widely cited in international books and peer-reviewed journals, reflecting his lasting impact on global herbal medicine and pharmacognosy.
